Precision-Stamped Flexible Graphite Gaskets
Stamped flexible graphite gaskets belong to the flexible graphite material family, including sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These gaskets are manufactured by chemically treating natural graphite flakes and subjecting them to high-temperature exfoliation, forming worm-like structures with approximately 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is then rolled into coils, offering:
